What is the commitment?

In order to launch you successfully and support
your growth, these items below are critical in the

development of the region.

• Must open a scheduled number of Willowbrae Academies each year on a
schedule determined during the discussions.

• Regional Franchise Fee due on Signing (Some areas will be more or less
depending on the size, population and general economics of the area)

• Unit must be within quality assurance standards within 30 days of notice of
non-compliance or location will be in default

• Must commit to funding for one full time staff to maintain quality and system
compliance for every 25 units opened. Minimum 1 staff per sub region

(Regional VP). Resource will report to Willowbrae Corporate.

• Must pay for all translation if required including manuals, website, marketing
materials, etc.

• Must pay for one business class visit from Canadian side per year for a market
tour and Operational meeting.

• Initial Training will happen in Canada for two regional individuals – One
Academy Director and one Regional Contact person as described above.
